Privacy Policy

Load Outlet (https://loadoutlet.com) is operated by Thirtyfour LLC. This policy covers the website, vendor portal, and the Shopify app named Load Outlet vendor sync.

Shoppers. Account details (name, email, password hash, saved address), order contents, shipping address, and optional marketing opt-in. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Vendors. Application and portal account details, payout settings, product listings, and order records needed to pay you and show sales history.

Shopify merchants. When you connect a store we receive the shop domain, offline access tokens, granted scopes, and the product, inventory, order, and fulfillment data required to sync catalogs and Load Outlet orders. Tokens are stored encrypted.

We use this data to operate the marketplace: accounts, checkout, vendor payouts, catalog sync, and order/fulfillment mirroring into Shopify. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Shopify data for advertising.

The Shopify app implements Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. When Shopify sends a customer data request, a customer deletion request, or a shop deletion request after uninstall, we process it. Shop disconnection removes access tokens and hides synced listings. Order records that we must keep for accounting may have customer fields replaced with redacted placeholders.

To request access or deletion of your Load Outlet account data, email info@loadoutlet.com.

Shopper and vendor accounts are kept while the account is active. Shopify tokens are deleted when you disconnect or uninstall the app. Shop redaction is completed after Shopify notifies us (typically 48 hours after uninstall). Customer redaction of Shopify-linked orders follows Shopify's timing.
